Dear Anonymous, This afternoon I came home and saw an envelope with my name on it taped on our screen door.

My 14k gold cross pen has been missing for at least 4 years and we finally got reunited, thanks to your act of kindness.

The only way you were able to find the proper owner and return it to me had to have been through a lot of work. From looking for a proof of ownership – which was only my name and phone number – to taping the envelope on my door…I would like to thank you. I hope you are reading this letter so I can give you my thanks.
