Rabbis Mendel & Shimon Kessin To Speak Tonight In Lakewood In Honor Of Ramchal’s Yahrtzeit

Noted speakers Rabbi Mendel Kessin and Rabbi Shimon Kessin will be in Lakewood this evening to speak in honor of the yahrtzeit of Rav Moshe Chaim Luzzato, the Ramchal. The shiurim will take place at 9PM at Bais Kaila, located on the corner of Spruce and Vine.

The Ramchal is considered one of the great Baalei Hashkafa & Kabbalist of the last 500 years. His sefer Mesilas Yeshorim is renowned worldwide as one of the greatest Mussar seforim ever written.

Rabbi Mendel Kessin was ordained (S’michah) by Rabbi Moshe Feinstein. He has a PhD in Psychology from Fordham University in NY and runs a private practice in Brooklyn and Lakewood. Rabbi Kessin is an internationally known lecturer and educator that has spoken extensively throughout the world including the United States, Europe, South Africa, Canada and Israel among other places on Hashkafa, Learning Methodology and Shmiras Haloshon with emphasis on the writings of R’ Moshe Chaim Luzzatto (Ramchal).

Rabbi Kessin is one of the few teachers that lectures extensively on the learning methodology of the Ramchal which allows a person to significantly improve his understanding of Gemara, Mishna and Halacha. 

Rabbi Shimon Kessin is a renowned speaker on several important subjects. He has given 2 hour workshops on the hashkafa and halacha of shmirat haloshon to thousands of people all over the world. Besides this, he has taught hashkafa to many people and has just concluded a 2 year shiur in Lakewood on advanced hashkafa topics. As a psychotherapist and marriage counselor for over 30 years he has distributed his marriage skills CD to over 25,000 people which includes 8,000 people in the Lakewood community alone. He is well acquainted with the Ramchal teachings as the basis of his own shiurim.

    I am looking forward. You guys should come ,you will hear a shiur unlike anything uve heard elsewhere
