Rabbi Moshe Zev Weisberg Expresses Shock and Condolences Following Tragic Accident This Morning

Following the tragic accident early Thursday morning which claimed the lives of four young men, Rabbi Moshe Zev Weisberg of The Lakewood Vaad released the following statement to TLS.

“The entire Lakewood community is reeling from the untimely deaths of Kevin Quispe-Prieto, Jimmy Quispe-Prieto, Victor Lugo and Robert Ordenana. These fine young men had lofty dreams and bright futures, all of which were cut brutally short on a dark highway just a few miles from their homes.

Victor Lugo, one of the four young men who were so tragically lost, was a beloved employee at the Lakewood Department of Public Works and dreamed of serving our township as a police officer. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Lakewood Police Officer Alex Guzman and his wife Evelyn upon Victor’s death.

Our thoughts and prayers are with thefamilies of Kevin, Jimmy, Victor and Robert during this difficult time. We pray that no family should ever again have to endure such pain.”
