UPDATED: According to the Star-K, shoppers should preferably refrain from purchasing Chometz from some supermarkets immediately after Pesach.

The list you list is not exact as in Star K. Must have the wrong year?

There is a lot of conflicting information about Target.

The Star-K PDF specifically says “We do not have information regarding these stores in other parts of the country”, which means it’s for Baltimore area stores only.

I would trust your local Rabbi on this matter.
