A change of use permit should never be authorized for applicants that want to change a residential use to a school or house of worship.
A valid change of use is for uses within the same category, such as retail shop to barber shop, etc.
Kind of ironic that this session is in the middle of the day when most people like myself are working ….. why can’t he have one at night when those of us who work during the day can attend and ask questions ?
to Mr. let’s see
are you telling me that you are expecting Mike to give of his private family time. dont you realize that he has a family too. he is nice enough and you are asking for more?
I think this is very special. Next week we should have a forum on how to have quality of life in a town like this.
why should the inspector come at night when he is off? see it works both ways!
We could have a traffic forum on the best roads to use when driving in Lakewood.
how about rep from the Eng Dept they seem out of touch and totally on there own schedule
