  1. Question: If my property is zoned for a one family house, how many illegal apartments can I put there before the township does anything?

    Answer: Unlimited!!!

Question: I’m building a shul which will have 150 people parking there every morning, how many parking spaces do I need to provide?

    Answer: None!!!

  2. A change of use permit should never be authorized for applicants that want to change a residential use to a school or house of worship.

A valid change of use is for uses within the same category, such as retail shop to barber shop, etc.

  3. Kind of ironic that this session is in the middle of the day when most people like myself are working ….. why can’t he have one at night when those of us who work during the day can attend and ask questions ?
