Santa Claus & The Delivery Man Insist They Never Hacked The Ring Doorbell Cameras
Santa Claus and the Delivery Man are denying allegations that they hacked thousands of Ring Doorbell cameras on May 28 in order to conceal their “doorstep activities”.
“It’s a preposterous allegation!” Santa Claus told reporters on Friday. “I mean, I don’t even arrive at people’s homes until late December, so why would I hack the doorbell cams in May?! It makes absolutely no sense at all!”
“Secondly,” the renowned gift-giver added, “I always enter the homes via the chimneys, where there are no cameras – so there’s no reason for me to hack the Doorbell Cams!”
“Please,” he pleaded, “let an honest man do an honest night’s work, and stop pestering me with these phony door-cam allegations!”
The ‘Delivery Guy’ also denied any involvement in the hack.
“Have I ever walked off with an Amazon package in my hands?” the Delivery Guy asked. “Yes, it’s a nasty habit of mine – which I’m trying real hard to break. But honestly, I may be an occasional thief, but I’m clueless when it comes to technology, and I certainly have no idea how to hack into doorbell cams, or anything else for that matter. I’m sorry, guys, but you’re barking up the wrong tree.”
Renown tech wizard and hacker, 9-year-old, Alex Wireman, also denied any involvement in the ‘Ring Doorbell’ camera hack.
“I’ve been so busy trying to hack into Google’s computer system,” he told reporters on Friday, “that I really don’t have time to hack into doorbell cams, although it’s definitely a pretty cool idea. Who knows, maybe that will be my next project.”

Not a hack. A faulty software update.
