Hal is upset that Hershel put out ‘misleading’ campaign adds … In many articles -(TLS and elsewhere)- Hal, as Steve’s running mate, is credited with past accomplishments ‘they’ have achieved for Lakewood. To my knowledge Hal is not an incumbent and hasn’t had any influence what so ever. Why is he getting credit along with Steve. Is that misleading or what?
