I hope they don’t raise it. Some of Our boys need some type of a release from their tumultuous lives. It’s not ideal but sometimes access to this type of thing is more helpful than hurtful.
It is hard to argue with any policy that would reduce access to cigarettes, with which people inhale poisonous gases into their lungs. On the other hand, there is something very disturbing about the fact that we have to adopt a policy which implicitly admits that we don’t trust 18, 19 and 20 year olds to make intelligent decisions for themselves.
