6. Obviously nobody likes paying tolls but that is at least justifiable because of building and up keeping roads. Plastic bags doesn’t cost the government any money, it is just a way to throw in another tax every time we go to the grocery store.

Yes, plastic bags are dangerous, because, among other reasons, many of the people using them do not dispose of them properly & they are found floating along on the breeze, harming wildlife, drifting & clogging up our waterways, etc. But the tax will just be annoying, I don’t think it will do much good other then give more revenue to the government. Maybe people can just be more careful as to where the bag in their hand ends up…education is key.
