  1. Of course, NOT !! Chocolate danishes R a lot more dangerous to ur health than smoking, should they ban that as well ?! Leave big bro outta my life. Thanks.

  2. Nobody gets affected by your chocolate Danish other than yourself but if I’m trying to enjoy the parc with my children I don’t want cigarette smell on the next bench!!
(so unhealthy, it’s called second hand smoke!!)

  3. The township should find something better to occupy their time. There are bigger problems out there than the rare occasion of someone smoking in a park

  4. do you want our police officers being busy with nonsense like ticketing people smoking in the park? I don’t smoke, and I hate the smell, but people do smoke and need an outlet/place to do so. let them smoke and kill themselves!

  5. To all of you out there who voted yes, over regulating society is not is consistent with the American basis of freedom but rather of the agenda of Democrats and big government supporters. Look around today at how we are getting more and more regulated by the day, do we need more regulations??? Honestly we should people smoke in public places if theyes choose after all its public and they should have the liberty to make their own choices, and if u dont like it? U can freely walk away (with ur kids)

  6. We should ban driving cars in parks, car exhaust is a lot more dangerous than cigarette smoke. we should also ban tuna sandwich’s i hate the smell of tuna and find it offensive
