Of course he should be approved !! Hes a genius in law. Even if what the distractors say is true, you’re gonna hold it against him what he did in High School ?? Dont we know ppl stumble, they fall ? But then they rise again. That’s the whole Teshuva process.
The Demorats have severely undermined the fifth and 14th amendments of the Constitution which is known as Due Process. As soon as the questionable allegations came to light, Judge Kavanaugh was assumed guilty. In fact, they have turned innocent until proven guilty around on its head. And even after the FBI investigated and found ZERO corroborating evidence, it was still not good enough for them.
The proof that these loathsome people couldn’t care less that Kavanaugh is telling the truth is the way they all voted: Along party lines. Granted that the Republicans did the same but you would assume that some Demorats would have at least had the moral fortitude to vote for Kavanaugh after reading the reports.
This country is severely divided. We need a true peacemaker to put an end to the bickering before the ship splits in half…
I’m done w/ Booker too. He totally lacks the tempermant necessary to make correct decisions as a senator. I will be voting for his opponent in the next election.
Finally some common sense. Thanks you. It is irrelevant if he did it or not as they are not apparently filing criminal prosecution against him and it is likely after the statute of limitations anyway. Bottom line is that he was never charged or convicted of anything so the only question is whether he is able to interpret the constitution and on that there is no question.
Kavanaugh is required for davening!
I’m done with Booker after he was a huge supporter of the Iran nuclear deal. He is not a friend of the frum community.
No prosecutor ever brought a case where the lone witness could not provide date and location of alleged crime. A liberal professor and a past coaching people how to fool a lie detector test no less. But the left says we are obligated to believe sounds like s leap of faith!!
