  1. 15 minutes. Lower property tax that’s the only real issue in this town. Busses we can deal with paying over a thousand dollars a month for tax is crippling.

  2. First 2 blocks (Pine St.) took 20 minutes (slowest ever), next 3 miles took 5 minutes (quickest ever). Overall: about 25 minutes vs. 10 minutes on a regular day.

  3. same as usual which is horrible because i only carpool on legal holidays when there is no bussing or snow days so it was like a regular carpool day which obviously we cannot do every day

  4. I was 40 mins late to work. Over an hour wait on Central Ave. The busses were still running. What a waste of time and money! Do you people realize you’re paying the bus drivers salery and bus gas and your car gas. Sheesh.

  5. It’s not a scam. It didn’t take me a long time either, but I know people who did sit in traffic for an hour or more. It really depends on where you live and where your kids’ school are located.

  6. Option A)Knock down the taxes by a large margin and we’ll gladly pay outta pocket for bussing

Option B)all private school children should get registered in public school for next year the funding should go for bussing + …..

  7. Videos would be a lot more informative if you took “establishing shots” that give the viewer an idea where the video is being taken. EG: Take a wide shot that shows a street signs at the corner of an intersection.

  8. Left forest park 8:45 got to Bnos Bracha 9:02, longest time was getting out of forest park. Then to 8th & Madison and back to bais Avraham on New Hampshire 10 minutes each way tops. Clifton seemed deserted.

  9. Real drill should include both drop off and pick up. To feel the full impact for everyone. It’s as if many prepared for a “carpoolgedon” and most stress was felt by ourselves. Best thing we all did together as one kehila.

  10. Anyone who tried to leave early and beat the traffic or had there kids walk (which many did) didn’t get the point of the whole drill. @chavi good luck next year

  11. I Had no problem at all. The video shows mostly normal traffic. I’ve seen more traffic at noon on a Sunday. New Hampshire traffic was light at 8:30 AM as I went to the industrial Park. Rt 9 and downtown may have been heavier but this whole thing was a contrived event based on what I saw.
