Thieves have proven they will go after anything with value – no matter the size. Police say thieves have broken into several construction sites and walked out with appliances.

“There are three reported events on Eagle Ridge Lane, Pressburg Lane and Jule Court,” says Detective Sergeant Greg Staffordsmith.

The suspect(s) reportedly took: A GE stainless steel dishwasher, GE gas stainless steel range x 3, GE electric dryer, GE washing machine, Haier 350 range good and a Bosch dishwasher.

Police Chief Rob Lawson tells TLS they are monitoring these events, but the best thing would be for the builders to hire a security guard for the sites to prevent the costly thefts.
