Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Wig Thieves

Lpd logoThe Lakewood Police Department is asking the public to once again identify alleged thieves. On May 11th, at about 1:40 p.m., Officer Nate Reyes responded to the Lakewood Beauty Supply on River Avenue to investigate a shoplifting.

Upon arrival, the owner reported that two unidentified females stole over $250 in women’s wigs before fleeing the store in a gold colored Jeep Cherokee.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the pictured suspects is asked to contact Dsgt. Greg Staffordsmith at 732-363-0200 ext. 5318.

Just wondering, did they slice one up and make off with a little piece??…

You would be utterly shocked at the markup on human hair wigs…these were synthetic given where they were taken from.
