Lakewood Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who may have used a stolen ATM card.

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Officer Mooney at 732-363-0200 ext 5341.

His pants level is not the discussion here, it’s his IQ level I’m impressed by. Looks very very low, don’t all banks have cameras, your gonna get caught.

I wouldn’t think he’s using stolen cards. He seems like a respectable citizen. Especially wearing his pants at half mast which is probably a sign of mourning for a loved one.
