PHOTO: Lakewood police are looking for a man suspected of exposing himself to a Frum girl, police confirm to TLS.

At approximately approximately 5 PM on Monday, Officer Nadine Clarke responded to an East 9th Street home in reference to a suspicious circumstance.

Upon arrival, Officer Clarke learned that a 17-year-old female was summoned by an unidentified Hispanic male as she walked down a trail near Park Avenue.

She stated that the she had just observed the male riding past her on a bicycle and then stop ahead of her. As she approached, the male exposed himself to her and called her over.

“She ignored his request and continued on her way home where she reported it to her parents,” Detective Liutenant Greg Staffordsmith says.

The male is described at tall, thin and possibly in his mid 20’s. He was last seen wearing black pants, a ball cap and carrying a book bag and riding a bicycle.
