UPDATED: PHOTO: Police Looking for Jackson Bank Robber

suspectUPDATED: Lakewood Police and Police from surrounding Townships are on the lookout for a man who has reportedly robbed a Santander bank in Jackson moments ago.

The Jackson Police Department has released the attached photo and information:

On Friday February 14, 2014 at 10:22 am, Jackson Police Officers responded to the Santander Bank at 741 Brewers Bridge Road, which is near the intersection of West Countyline Road, on the report of a bank robbery.

The suspect pictured was identified as a white male, approximately 5’-10” to 6’-00” tall with light skin and a stocky or overweight build. He was wearing a multi colored hat, dark sunglasses and dark colored pants. He also had on a dark colored, hooded Carhartt jacket which appeared to have what was described as paint or wall spackle stains on it.

He handed a bank employee a note which claimed that he had a gun and demanded money, he did not speak.

He was last observed leaving the area in a gray or silver older model four door sedan, unknown make or model, on Brewers Bridge Road.
