A man was robbed at gunpoint in Lakewood moments ago, TLS has learned.
The victim reports he was walking near the tracks on Ocean Avenue shortly before midnight when he was approached by a masked man who displayed a firearm, demanding his money.
The victim handed over cash to the suspect, who then fled. The victim was not injured during the robbery, police said.
An investigation is underway.
