Police Investigating Eight Burglaries Over The Weekend

burglarPolice are investigating eight burglaries over the weekend, Detective Lieutenant Paul Daly tells TLS. The burglaries, six on residences and two on commercial businesses, occurred in the Raintree area, Somerset Avenue, New Central Avenue and other areas. The items stolen in most of the burglaries, were jewelry and cash.

Last week, police arrested a suspect allegedly responsible for multiple burglaries around Lakewood and Jackson, as reported here.

One of the commercial burglaries involved the Super Stop Grocery store on River Avenue, in which the thief gained access through a removed air condition unit, Lt. Daly said.

The other business broken into, was the Laundromat on County Line Road and Clifton Avenue.

  1. all of a persons money is really Hashems money we are just the messengers to deliver it to the right people & spend it in the right ways. If a person follows this & shows Hashem that he gives Tzedaka out of care for another jew-& not because Hashem is going to replace it-then he shows Hashem that he is the perfect agent of Hashem to Handle Hashem’s money & be a multimillionaire without it affecting him by being rich. ALL Neviyim (prophets) were rich & had lots of property & servants etc…, because they were messengers of Hashem & never let their pride of money get the better of them.

LET US SHOW HASHEM THAT WE CAN USE HIS MONEY IN THE RIGHT WAYS & DO NOT NEED IT TO BE TAKEN AWAY BY ROBBERS

  2. Shabbos morning at aproximatly 2am I looked out and saw 2 burglars checking every car on my block. I called 911 and then continued to watch they did not break windows but if the car was unlocked they spent time thoroly going through the car and trunk.
LPD showed up in a timley manner with multipple units and searched the area for about 1/2 hour.
They could have used the assistance of the LCSW, so the question is does the LCSW work on shabbos?

  3. If you don’t lock up you are just inviting the thieves to take what they want . get an alarm system ,lock your doors keep avigil eye and call the LPD if anyone look suspicious!!
