Why such a low bail? Why not charged with attempted murder? Is it so that they can release him quickly on small bail (usually 10% of total) and not to deal with Feds on illegal immigration issue?

Hashem yiracheim!!!! What kind of place do we live in?!?! The crime in lkwd is way out Of control!!!!!! U wuld think that we lived in harlem
The suspect in this still has to deal with ICE for his immigration status, that is reported the minute he was arrested. Even though his bail low they may already have a hold at the jail for him that he will be unable to get out on. You are right crime in this town is out of control, but the police are trying to keep up with it. You can not be everywhere at the same time. The police do not have wings and can not fly in traffic. Sometimes they are more vulnerable than you might think ..give them a break stop bashing everything they do.
Ok bashers who hide behind their monitors……..bail is set by the judge. The judge is hired and put on the bench by your committee members. So lets not bash the police who do their jobs, lets focus on the judicial system. Way to go Officer Finnegan, back on the streets again.
here they go again knocking the cops again
Thanks to all the Policemen who did a fine job of pursuit and arrest.
yay gary!!!! good job!!!
Of course, police did good job here. But I still feel there is a desire not to deal with illegal immigration issue. It is only in Lakewood, person can drive with no license and any proper identification, with car on someone else name, get into a major accident, and get released on the spot without any ticket and be allowed to drive away.
In this case, the prosecutor should have charged the suspect with attempted murder.
Those kulos just mechazek more crime and less fear of consequences.
