PHOTOS & VIDEO: Fire Destroys Lakewood Home; Family Safe

fire 2A Lakewood home was destroyed Erev Shabbos, but there were B”H no injuries.

The fire started about 7:30 PM when the candles at the Prospect Park home reportedly tipped.

The fire was spotted by a neighbor who immediately called the fire department, and ensured the home was being evacuated.

Nobody was injured and the family was found a place for Shabbos.

A neighboring home was also damaged by the fire, and the family was also displaced.
