PHOTOS: An anti-Semitic vandal broke into a Yeshivah and sprayed a Swastika and other hate symbols inside a Lakewood Yeshivah, TLS has learned.
The vandalism was discovered Thursday morning when the Bachurim and staff returned to Mesivta Ohr Chaim Meir, and phoned police.
The suspect, a tall black male, was spotted on security cameras, sources tell TLS.
CSI responded to the scene for the investigation.

Mr. Benvenisti please explain your comment… Cuz I don’t get it…
Well said Ron, well said !!!
If only everyone in this town would think along the same lines., Moshiach would come
this is an insanity.
its happening too many times and too often. Perhaps the punishment for these crimes need to b beefed up to make these hoodlums think twice before doing acts like this.
It’s a reminder we are in golus. We are getting to comfortable here. Every week a new restaurant and new clothing stores. If they are striking the mekomos haTorah, it’s a sign we need to strengthen in Torah and Tfillah. We have to protect the Kedusha of the Teshivos and Shuls. We should stop looking at phones in a Bais Hamedrash! We need to be reminded what made Lakewood great. Not the nice houses, good food and cheap car leases. It wasn’t suppose to be the the city of gashmius! Lakewood was built on Torah and Tfillah, let’s preserve it!
We’ll said, Chacham!! If only we all did something about it.
A few years back Lakewood Yeshivos were given tons of Federal monies to be use for security. Hopefully this yeshiva received such funds and have monitors installed. Hopefully the other yeshivas all have security cameras, as well.
Let us remember that we are in golus and the anti semitism is rampant around Lakewood. That doesn’t mean not to report the story to the police, it means making a big deal about it is what these people want
Chacham, all true. I would add that many of us (and definitely including me) need to be more careful about how we talk to and about one another.
