A suitcase dropped off by a driver near a school in Lakewood this afternoon prompted the response of an LPD K-9 unit.
The item was spotted by a passerby shortly before 2:00 PM near the private school at the intersection of 8th Street and Princeton Avenue.
The suitcase turned out to be clothing.
