Finally!!! was that so hard?
Thats great news!!now can we get working on Cross and James
its amazing how we had to wait 5 years of aggravation at that corner until we were able to get it! , while 14th and hope chapel. that has no real issues got a light earlier

How many seconds is the turning signal?
A jughandle would be a better option than a left turn signal because it’s impossible to make a left turn onto Clover with that all traffic coming straight at you .
