PHOTOS: SWAT Team makes drug bust in High Point

Multiple people were reportedly arrested in a bust this evening at the High Point Development on Prospect Street.

Lakewood’s SWAT Team and Street Crimes Units converged on the development around 7 PM.

Details were not immediately available.

Because it’s not unusual.

There’s a rule in news – “Dog bites man” is not newsworthy. “Man bites dog” is.

Last months’ events were man bites dog.

On the contrary, the reason they made headlines is that it was surprising.

Be thankful maybe this will save your child from taking drugs or getting them this is another dealer off the streets right now. Keep up the good work LPD.
