Bravo!
A bit of a stretch to call it “reopened”. There is a telephone pole smack in the middle of the road and the finished surface stops well before Cedar Bridge, ending instead with a small cliff (thankfully blocked by traffic barrels). Let us know again when it’s actually ready please.
