It is in such poor taste to photograph someone else’s accident. Imagine if that was you. I teach my kids to say a prayer for the injured when we pass other people’s misfortune, not to stare and certainly not to take pics!
I understand wanting to report on traffic delays but this is something else.

There is a law in place against first responders who video victims at incidents. The fear is that the pictures or videos are posted online and family members see it before being notified by the proper authority. It can carry jail time for the first responder. It has been in place for some time now. Please be responsible and respectful.
