This past Motzei Shabbos, hundreds of families battling illness gathered at Lake Terrace for an unforgettable and spectacular Chanukah Party.

“It was incredible to see the families bonding together in the Chanukah spirit,” said Rabbi Sruli Fried director of NJ/PA Chai lifeline.

The delicious menu by Greenwald caterers included a beautiful Milchige buffet with an array of foods for children and adults.

“It is amazing how every year it is nicer and more special than the year before,” said the K family.

Uri Davidi took the audience by storm, accompanied with music by Yechiel Freundlich, Shloimy Baumelspinner, and Yidel Friedman.

Baruch Perlowitz hosted a fun and interactive game show which was enjoyed by the children and adults alike.

Mr. and Mrs. Mayer Fischl donated a showstopper candy Menorah which was a smashing success.

Thank you to the hundreds of Chanukah stars who donated toys and games for the Annual Chanukah toy drive. Over 600 volunteers purchased, packed, loaded, unloaded, and set up over 300 gift and toy boxes that were distributed to all the families.

A special tribute was accepted by the family of Mrs. Bobbi Engel A’H for dedicating so much to the annual Toy Drive on behalf of the children of Chai Lifeline.

We want to thank you for an amazing Chanukah party. We all had a great time…. We appreciate all the time, effort, and talents that went into planning and preparing the party last night”, said Mr. and Mrs. S. “The Chanukah presents we came home with are perfect. Each child is thrilled. Thank You.”
