PHOTOS: Violent crash involving overturned vehicle sends two to hospital

The accident occurred around 9:45 PM at the intersection of Oak Street and Towbin Avenue, as initially reported on our news alerts (@LakewoodScoop).

Both drivers were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries, officials told TLS.

One of the drivers was reportedly a teen.

I had a similar accident at that exact intersection almost a year ago. It is hard to see the stop sign if you are not familiar with the area. The township should put up better lighting and warning signs that a stop sign is ahead! Hope everyone is ok.
