  1. So was the gridlock in the area of Pine Park caused by this? Traffic was at a stop along large sections of County Line, Hope Chapel, Kent, New Prospect and even Brookwood Parkway. It was bad between 5&7pm and then finally cleared up. I thought that there was an accident with all the volunteers and ambulances heading that way with sirens blasting.
