PHOTOS: Newest Lakewood Police Officers Sworn in; Sergeant gets Her Stripes

At the Township Committee meeting last night, the recently-graduate Lakewood police officers were sworn.

Family and friends were in attendance when the men took the oath, administered by Police Chief Rob Lawson.

Also last night, recently-promoted Sergeant Jeannette Shimonovich – wife of Sergeant Rob Shimonovich – received her sergeant’s badge. She was not in town when she was promoted along with the others during last month’s meeting.
