PHOTOS: New CERT Course kicks off in Lakewood

A new CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Course kicked off in Lakewood last night.

In attendance at the course’s launch, was Chief Greg Meyer, Ocean County Sheriff Michael G. Mastronardy, Undersheriff Brian J. Klimakowski, and members from the Lakewood Emergency Management.

This Cert Basic Training Course is designed to better prepare and train emergency personnel to respond to emergency situations in their communities and provide immediate assistance to victims.
