The Lakewood Fire Department conducted a department-wide training today at the Toms River Fire Academy.

The class began at 8 AM and consisted of roof operations, search maze and live fire training for structural and vehicle operations, Assistant Fire Chief Michael D’Elia says.

Firefighters were instructed at each evolution by the staff of TRFA.

The pictures depict the four evolutions that were included in training.

“All members worked tirelessly through today’s weather,” D’Elia says.
