PHOTOS: Lakewood resident, other Good Samaritan pull driver from smoking vehicle after overturn on GSP

gsp1A driver was pulled from her smoking vehicle after it flipped several times on the Garden State Parkway moments ago.

The accident occurred around 2:30 PM on the Garden State Parkway at exit 100 southbound.

A Lakewood resident who witnessed the accident tells TLS he ran over to the vehicle with another witness, and managed to pull the woman from the smoking car.

gsp-2The woman was reportedly unconscious, but regained consciousness moments later. Help arrived soon after.

Expect delays as police investigate and clear the scene.
