I gotta say, the job the LPD has done the last few years on Purim, from traffic to security, has been superb. Our local roads used to be, in many places, simply impassable. 14th st., by Case Rd., in particular, used to be a 45 minute ordeal. Now, there are, not 1 but, 2 cops there, most of the day to ensure continuous flowing traffic.
I’m sure this is due, in part, to the askanim discussing this with the Traffic & safety division & they responded spectacularly.
