PHOTOS: Lakewood Police Attend Funeral of Murdered NYPD Officer Rafael Ramos

lpd at funeralSeveral police officers from the Lakewood Police Department were among thousands of police officers from around the Country who took part in funeral services today for Officer Rafael Ramos, one of two NYPD officers murdered last weekend.

Ramos was sitting in a patrol car with partner Officer Wenjian Liu in Brooklyn last Saturday, when shooter Ismaaiyl Brinsley opened fire at them at point blank range, killing them both before taking his own life.

ny 1The funeral, held in Queens, was attended by Vice President Joe Biden.
