The Lakewood Planning Board this evening welcomed its newest member. Justin Flancbaum, the MUA’s Executive Director, was voted in to fill the seat vacated by Joshua Shmuckler, who resigned from the Board after approximately eight years of service.
Flancbaum, whose family has been in Lakewood for over 60 years, looks forward to continue serving Lakewood.
“It’s an honor to serve the community in this capacity,” Flancbaum told TLS.
There are nine members on the Board, which is chaired by Moshe Neiman.
