The Jackson Township Police Department held a special promotion ceremony this evening for four officers.

During the ceremony, the following officers were officially sworn into their new positions:

• Sergeant Robert Rieff Jr. was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant
• Sergeant John Rodriguez was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant
• Patrol Officer Ryan Gladysz was promoted to the rank of Sergeant
• Patrol Officer John Roth II was promoted to the rank of Sergeant

The Oath of Office was administered during the ceremony in the presence of fellow officers, family members, and township officials.
