Investigators this morning were at the scene of yesterday’s fatal fire, as they search for clues.
The fire claimed the life of a 64-year-old woman.

Why is all the building going on with,what appears,no oversight on utilities.Water,sewer. and all else to run a community. Ok’s to build with no plans. Traffic not even looked into. This township should be called Lakewood bottleneck !.
Huh? First of all this incident happened in Toms River not Lakewood. Second of all your assumption that people are building with no oversight is incorrect.
