They could have at least closed off cross street from Massachusetts instead of sitting there for hours
They couldn’t close Prospect;they were afraid ppl would park their cars at CVS on Prosepect and they’d have to pay for the towing…. 😉
I remember when Cross Street was a quiet, rarely travelled road. Now it’s a packed speedway. There needs to be a light installed in Prospect x Cross. People pull out of Prospect and expect other drivers to stop for them.
Uproot the light on James and move it to prospect I think it’s a no brainer.
