PHOTOS: Grenade Found in Lakewood Prompts NJSP Bomb Squad Response

The New Jersey State Police bomb squad responded to Lakewood today after a resident located a grenade.

The Lakewood resident reportedly located the grenade in his garage, and was unsure where it was from or if it was a live explosive.

The New Jersey State Police bomb squad was unable to determine if it was indeed a live or dud grenade, and confiscated the item for further testing and investigation.
