PHOTOS: An Officer responding to a fire at the TD bank grounds a short time ago, arrived to find the grass and mulch on fire. The Officer, Erik Menck, grabbed a fire extinguisher from his patrol car and managed to extinguish part of the quickly-spreading flames, until the Fire Department arrived. A large portion of the grass, and mulch were burnt. (Photos-TLS-86)
