Is this LAST YEAR or this year?
Mrs Murphy lights before Chanukah. With a nice yarmulka though.
And our Gedolim look good under the holiday wreaths. It can be the kehila and Yeshiva Seasons Greetings picture.
Pandering to those that talk but accomplish nothing.
They spend for eight days of oil and it burns out in a day before Chanukah starts.
This is the liberal way.
It’s not Chanukah yet. Bal tosef
I want to ask a question governor Murphy is against everything the Torah stands for (moderated) Why would the frum go visit him and take pixs with him line he is a big tzaddik. The governor is against everything we stand for and we should not support such evil people and even more so be machneph to them.
It is nothing short of nauseating to see so many alleged “Torah-Jews” standing alongside of a politician who represents values that are 100 degrees opposite of Torah-true values.
A few examples, taken directly from Governor Murphy’s own web-site:
1. An increase in NJ government spending of $2.7 billion (yes billion – not million) annually. This is “needed” for his agenda of (a) making colleges in NJ tuition-free; (b) free tuition for 3 and 4 year old children; (c) a significant increase in funding for public schools; (d) ‘protecting the rights of our (moderated) brothers and sisters’; (e) ‘protecting women’s health care, i.e. free and unlimited access (moderated) for girls over 15 years of age’; and (f) “immigration policies that allow for diverse (i.e. ‘sanctuary’) cities.”
2. And how does Murphy plan to pay for all of this? (a) An additional increase in tax on motor fuel purchases; (b) Restore the NJ state sales tax back to 7% from 6.625%; (c) Raise the marginal income tax rate to 10.75% on high-income residents; and (d) Legalize and tax the sale of recreational marijuana.
THE SMILING ALLEGED TORAH JEWS STANDING ALONG THIS GOVERNOR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!
why do you guys feel so proud to stand with a man that wants to destroy everything our family values and way of life stands for stands for?
The answer to your question is as follows:
The self-appointed askanimTorah Jews appearing in the pictures represent Yeshivas and Kollels throughout New Jersey. They certainly DO NOT represent the Torah Jews who live in those communities and work for a living.
Murphy and his Democrat co-horts policy of increasing entitlements is good for the Yeshivas and Kollels, but a disaster for working Torah families.
It’s not about Kollel vs Working. Most people in Lakewood who are working, were once in Kollel, and most who are in Kollel will at some point be working.
It is about people who find it in their self interest to maintain a relationship with the governer for their perceived future benefit or for PR reasons. If the working class collapses, and it is already shrinking in NJ, all mosdos will be in trouble
