The Minhug in EY is to light outside. Nice picture anyway.
A lot of people light outside in EY but not everybody.
Only when it’s possible in israel do people light outside. Most people still light indoors at door or Windows.

There are halachic situations where people, even in EY, light inside. And situations where people do both as a chumrah
A freilichin Chanukah to you and gantz klal yisroel!!
One is not yotza the mitzva if they light inside in EY, in chutz laretz you are not yotza if you light outside
So beautiful!
The flowers are on the way. The mitzvah is so beautiful without them.
