Approximately 400 women attended a Parnassah Networking Event at the Westwood on Wednesday evening, building on the success of a similar event for men held two weeks earlier on January 2nd.

Following the overwhelming turnout at the men’s event, organizers felt it was important to create a similar opportunity for women.

“We wanted women to feel comfortable by having an event tailored specifically to them,” an organizer shared.

The event provided attendees with resources to connect with potential employers and explore career opportunities. To help them make a strong impression, free professional headshots were offered to all participants.

Organizers said they were thrilled with how everything turned out.

“We’ve already heard about women walking away with potential job offers, interviews set up, and great leads,” one organizer shared. “It’s amazing to see what a difference a little effort can make.”
