Wow! Very nice of them. I just moved over a good chunk of my savings to First Commerce Bank, it’s been a pleasure dealing with them.
Unlike many other banks whom had gone sour by ignoring customers phone calls or putting customers on hold in excess of 45 minutes and than transferring them around, discontinuing many services such as IRA’s, safe deposit boxes and imposing many new fees.
I had called up First Commerce Bank and within 2 minutes they answered all of my questions; I had gone to their new NPGS Jackson branch of which they were very efficient; I got a great CD rate and I was out and done and on my way to work in Boro Park within 10 minutes.
