Several business in Industrial Park are being evacuated after a fire broke out in a building containing flammable materials, officials said.
The fire broke out shortly after 2 PM on Lehigh Avenue.
Flames were visible inside the building, officials said.
Fast Teams from Brick and Toms River were called in to assist, as well as the Berkeley Haz-Mat Team.
Streets in the area were shut down.
