Attendees to Tuesday night’s Business Link networking event: Marketing Small Businesses, radiated enthusiasm as they departed from the event, marking it an unequivocal success. Brought to the community by the Lakewood Community Service Corp. and the Lakewood Development Corporation, the evening saw eighty individuals at the Reception Gallery of Strand Theater on Clifton Avenue. All were amazed by the scope of professionalism and talent of their fellow community members.
Businesses representatives spanned from apparel manufacturers to those involved in e-commerce; from graphic designers to payroll services, and others besides. The opportunity to form important connections was of great benefit to each company, as apparent by the tremendous amount of positive feedback to the LCSC and Lakewood Development Corporation. There was palpable excitement in the chance to meet others, gain from experiential advice, and discover valuable services.
The evening was hosted by Mr. Joe Klein, CPBC, CEO, Immediate Marketing and Business Consulting; Mr. Chanina Katz, CEO, Bulls Eye Marketing; and Mr. David Konigsberg, CEO, Optimal Targeting. Each imparted powerful presentations, focusing on The Fundamentals in Marketing, The Importance of Online Marketing and Social Media, and Content.
Real, classic and refreshing, the ideas they shared will undoubtedly impact the business practice of those who were present. Each presenter impressed the audience to create a strong vision, to be projected through all aspects of a business. Another crucial point was brought out in viewing marketing as an investment, rather than an expense.
Mr. Ray Coles, Committeeman, expressed his appreciation of the event. At twenty five years of business involvement, Coles wished he would have had this opportunity back when he began. The Lakewood community is privileged to the availability of these services, certain to assist a business at any stage.
