PHOTOS: Driver Airlifted to Hospital After Overturn Accident on Rt. 70

A driver was hospitalizing after an early-morning overturn accident.

The single-vehicle accident occurred shortly before 3:00 AM at the intersection of Rt. 70 and Massachusetts Avenue.

Crews extricated the trapped party and then transported him to a waiting chopper to airlift him to the hospital. His condition wasn’t immediately available.
