PHOTOS & VIDEO [UPDATED 2:55 PM] Hundreds are pouring in by the hour as the first ever Parnassah Expo kicks-off. The event, featuring over 100 vendors and booths have attracted men, women and girls of all ages from throughout the Tri-State area, and the crowd is expected to grow even larger as the day moves on.
Several officials from the Township as well as Askonim are on hand to welcome the many guests.
The women’s hours are until 2:30 PM, and men’s hours will begin at 2:30 and conclude at 5:00.
All photos and videos are of Expo Staff and Vendors only.
How could the event have attracted men if it only opens to Ken at 2:30 ?
I just found out about this event, I have a job opening, can I still get in?
Just post the job here for those who are not able to attend

very impressive!!! wishing all hatzlacha!
Many more then a thousand. The people who arranged this should be blessed with all that is good and all those looking for jobs should find them!
As an attendee, i must say that this was a huge kiddush hashem. I think next year they need to do it in lake terrace.
I’m confused- I thought they said there will be no pictures at the event. I was actually there, and did not want to be photographed….
It was a disaster driving through this area today, only 1 LCSW person. This event needs to be taken place at a more suitable location that provides more parking, safety, etc… I hope this gets posted so the event coordinator reads it so he can make improvements.

This is another thing that the Lakewood community can be very proud of. Duvie keep up the great work!
I think they should have an online database where people can post job listings for people. This way the expo can run the whole year!
@#9 You are correct, but the turn out was way way beyond all expectations! Noone expected so many people to come!
Were there any real jobs?
Very nice event. Lots of hype though. The exihibitors should’ve been broken down into sections. Computer skills in one section. Sales position jobs in another section. Training schools in an other. It was too confusing to actually concentrate on any job opportunities. I didnt really see too many real jobs being offered.
I dont want to be a downer, but I did not actually see anyone offering jobs here. Plenty of people hocking their services like computer training, resume editing. Plus some entry level , comission only sales jobs that are a dime a dozen and anyone can find any day of the week.
I do applaud the effort, but I would be curious to know how many real, salary paying jobs resulted from this expo.
